Stayed a few nights Amazing stay! We’ve been to Hilton Head Island several times and this was by far our favorite stay. Ric’s condo was absolutely perfect with an amazing ocean front view. The location is ideal for experiencing all that Hilton Head has to offer. It’s around the corner from Coligny shops and restaurants, and it’s not far from Sea Pines. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. Ric was a great host! He was responsive to all of our needs and went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a welcome basket. We hope we can stay here again soon!

Stayed a few nights Fantastic location. I chose to stay here for the view and convenient access to Coligny area shops and restaurants. The beach is only steps away. Sunrise and sunset are both lovely from the small balcony. The condo itself is comfortable and clean, ideal for a couple or solo traveler. A few families with children have written positively in the guestbook, so it could work with one or even two on the pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is small but adequate. The host, Ric, was communicative by text; although I didn't need anything it was nice to know he was there. I appreciated several welcoming touches in the condo. There is ample bicycle parking if you are looking to rent or bring bicycles.

We loved staying here. The view from condo was amazing and so peaceful. We loved having coffee and drinks on the deck. Small but felt very private. Loved watching the waves roll in the dolphins swim by! Condo was just what we needed (two of us). Comfortable living room area, kitchen was well stocked, bathroom was also great. Ric was a great host with lots of fun extras and amenities! I would definitely stay here again!!!
